U2 Is Not Expected to Finish Recording Any Time Soon..
U2 is not expected to finish recording band members have recently stated. The groups next album won’t be finished with recording sessions until the end of summer at the very earliest. Drummer Larry Mullen, and Guitar Player The Edge, blamed the delay on the album due to the recording of “Ordinary Love”, a single song which appeared on the sound track in the movie Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom. According to sources, it now appears the band will not complete the recording of the album until the end of summer. After mixing and mastering, the yet officially untitled album will most likely not see a release date until early next year or some time in the spring of 2015. The band has been working on the album since 2013 .. hopefully listeners will hear something a bit different this time out.. but nobody on our staff here would be willing to bet the farm on it .. At any rate, we will keep fans posted. See more details in the news snippets below.
